This photo
of two bright objects in the sky was taken on the evening of February
22, 1999. I took the picture while the objects were visible over
Greensburg, PA. The photo may look mysterious, but it is easily
explainable. The two white objects are infact the planets Venus
& Jupiter, that could easily be seen in the WSW sky during
the early evening. These two bright planets were approaching nearer
to each other, for the closest conjunction in many years. In the
past when this astronomical event occurred, it often led to numerous
reports of UFO sightings.
