Kecksburg Volunteer Fire Department establishes UFO & Festival Committee
KECKSBURG, PA -The Kecksburg Volunteer Fire Department has set up a UFO and Festival Committee. This is for the purpose of maintaining historical events of the town and to celebrate with the Kecksburg Volunteer Fire Department/Rescue Squad
/Ladies Auxiliary and the community.

Over the years Kecksburg V.F.D. Street Fair was a major part of the community. Again the KVFD will embark on events such as the Dec.9,1965, UFO event and a KVFD/Town Festival to generate badly needed funds for the fire department to survive. Future press release schedules and information on Dec. 9, 1965, UFO and Festival events will follow.
